Yesterday, we examined what CBD is and why people take it. The #1 reason most people take CBD is to reduce or eliminate their pain. However if you don’t take it right, it may not work for you!

The #1 Reason CBD doesn’t work

CBD can help with your achy joints, a bad back, or with that knee surgery you had years ago but still “acts up.” Many people find that when they start taking CBD, when they wake up in the morning, that “creaky” feeling is gone, and they can sprint into their day – like they used to years ago.

Every person’s body is different. We’re all different heights, weights, and have different metabolisms. For some, 10mg of CBD/day takes care of all of their issues. For other people, they may need 50mg. (Most take 20mg.)

But, our friends Kriss and Chaz, discovered something when they were testing different CBD. When they started taking it, they felt nothing.

It wasn’t until they figured out “load-dosing” that they really started feeling the awesome effects of CBD. Load-dosing, is taking a much larger-than-normal dose of CBD for the first week. This process awakens your CBD receptors. After five days of taking 60mg/day(or so, again, every body is different) – their bodies were primed. They, then, reduced their CBD to 10-20mg/day and it worked great.

Chaz felt more focused than he had been for 20 years. Kriss started sleeping through the night – finally. And both of them got rid of their pain from skiing and old, nagging injuries.

See Kriss’s video of what CBD did for his excruciating pain here.

How CBD works

Our bodies have a regulatory system called the “endocannabinoid system.” This system helps control and regulate things like our mood, how we handle stress, our energy level, how we fight off colds and flus, and much more. CBD helps modulate this entire system, and gets it back on track.

Of course, when this system gets off-track, one of the things we start feeling is ANXIETY. All of the stresses in our lives – from watching the nightly news, to our family’s issues, to what happens in our daily lives. And there’s a great solution to this. More on that tomorrow…
