    Half a nutty Avo
    Half a ripe banana
    A pinch of rock salt
    A pinch of cinnamon
    Add filtered or spring water to desired smoothie consistency
    Drizzle in runny honey or any favourite pure fruit juice to taste (add a dash more after blending if needed)
